A: Determining factors for credit checks include payment and rental history along with references. 

Q2: Is my application fee refundable?

A: If for some reason you are denied, the application is unfortunately nonrefundable. This is largely due to the incurred cost of credit/background screenings. 

Q3: Can I make payments on a security deposit? 

A: No, unless otherwise agreed upon by the office manager.

Q4: Is my security deposit refundable?

A: No, unless otherwise agreed upon by the office manager.

Q5: Do you accept pets? What is the associated fee?

A: We do accept pets. The associated fee is a one time payment of $200 per pet and is nonrefundable.

Q6: How soon can I move in after I apply?

A: Depending on the availability of the apartment being applied for, move in dates can be as soon as the following day.
